Was Only A Bus Stop

Attempted to put youths together
The river couldn’t fill its water
Over its dried bed; summer or rain!

Time couldn't just stop there
So many years passed, too swift;
Wish we were at a whirlpool
Then we would never need going separate ways
Where youth never grow old
Where life be neither slow nor fast

But was only a bus stop
Even that bus no longer running!
Still that route exists?
Along it, should keep travelin’ together
Many years, many times
With compassionate love
Let us forgive each other
Let us hold together
Let the dream flowing forever
If such dream ever made of hope!

Was your name, Jennie, Pookie?
Was it Tanya, just a river?
These rivers lost somewhere?
Never got to the ocean, nowhere!
Might this river keep on flowin’ the same direction,
Longin’ for lovers to come an’ swim,
With solicitous solstice

Let the river
Gazin’ at the youths holding
The short last meeting o’ theirs

Couldn’t say a word
Lost in your beauty, now memory
Just a man with worry, I am!
Looking across the river, the other shore
Invisible in the mist winter more
